Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility
Parts purchased through Al-Bayyan may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided the part is uninstalled, unused, and in its original condition.
Testing & Inspection
Every used engine and gearbox is inspected and tested before sale. If a part is found to be defective and was not caused by improper installation, it is covered under the item's stated warranty period.
Non-Returnable Items
Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Custom-sourced or special-order parts are final sale unless defective.

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or the support form with your order reference and a description of the issue. Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned part being received and inspected.
